TERMS AND CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
01. Payment Terms

Deposit & Confirmation: A minimum deposit of 50% of the total workshop fee is required to secure your seat.

7-Day Window: Payment (deposit or full amount) must be received within 7 calendar days of the quotation to lock in the rate. Rates and availability are subject to change if payment is not received within this window.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance due date is determined by the specific promotion and conditions agreed upon at the time of sign-up. Failure to pay the balance by the designated deadline results in the forfeiture of the deposit and the seat.

Banking Fees: All bank transfer fees, currency exchange fees, and intermediary charges are the responsibility of the participant. The Lotus Naga must receive the full net amount listed in the invoice.
02. Cancellation and Refund Structure
Refunds and credits rely strictly on when the cancellation request is received via email relative to the workshop start date. Refund percentages apply to the total workshop fee, not just the amount paid to date.

90 Days or More: Cancellations received 90 days or more before the event date receive a refund of 75% of the total workshop fee. The remaining 25% is retained as a non-refundable administrative fee.

Less Than 90 Days: Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the event are strictly non-refundable.

Less Than 30 Days (Forfeiture): Any request made less than 30 days before the workshop is considered a last-minute cancellation. These bookings are 100% forfeited. No refunds, credits, or transfers are permitted.
03. Credit and Rescheduling
If you cancel between 89 days and 30 days prior to the event, you are not eligible for a cash refund but may request a workshop credit.

Validity: Credits are valid for 12 months from the original workshop date.

One-Time Transfer: You may reschedule or transfer your booking one time only. Subsequent cancellations of a rescheduled booking result in immediate forfeiture of funds.

Fees: There is no administrative fee for the first rescheduling.

Price Difference: If the future workshop exceeds the value of the credit, the participant must pay the difference.
04. Transfer to Another Person Credits
may be transferred to a substitute participant only upon written request via email to The Lotus Naga. Transfers are subject to approval based on workshop prerequisites or eligibility requirements.
05. No-Show and Partial Attendance

No-Show: Participants who do not attend and fail to provide prior notice forfeit their payment in full.

Early Departure: If a participant leaves the workshop before completion without a documented medical or emergency reason, no credit, refund, or certificate of completion will be issued.
06. Changes Initiated by The Lotus Naga

Weather & Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to severe weather or safety concerns. In these specific instances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Low Attendance: The Lotus Naga guarantees that workshops will proceed regardless of class size. We do not cancel workshops due to low attendance.

Venue/Date Changes: We reserve the right to modify workshop dates or venues if necessary. If a date change prevents your attendance, a full credit toward a future workshop will be issued.
07. Media and Privacy Policy
Photography, audio, and video recording of demonstrations or practice sessions are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised by the instructor. This protects the privacy of all participants and models.
08. Visa and Travel Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining valid visas and travel documents for entry into Indonesia. Failure to obtain a visa or entry permit does not constitute a valid reason for a refund outside of standard cancellation terms.
09. Special Circumstances Exceptions
to the 30-day forfeiture rule are rare and granted solely at the discretion of the organiser. Exceptions may be considered for documented medical or family emergencies. Supporting documentation must be submitted within 7 days of the event.
10. Liability Disclaimer
The Lotus Naga is not liable for travel, accommodation, loss of income, or other costs incurred by participants due to cancellations, postponements, or schedule changes.
11. Participant Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who exhibits disruptive or unsafe behaviour, or who fails to comply with workshop guidelines. Such removals are not eligible for refunds or credits.
12. Agreement By registering and submitting payment
(deposit or full), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
